Dear all. I am so grateful to have been on this 12-week journey with the Group.  Words cannot express!! It has been quite a journey for me - with lots of ups-and-downs. But I am forever grateful to all of you. 

What do I take away from this course:

- I am much more than I dare dream of. I can be so much bigger! Life (the Universe) is so much bigger and more powerful than I thought it would be!! 

- I deeply respect all of you, who like myself, embarked on this journey to finding our inner light. To know we all struggle makes me feel more compassion for others and for myself. 

- I understand myself better, I can witness my triggers and I have more 'responsibility' to watch them and feel them through. I am able to feel my body (resolution) more and more, I start opening up to the Energy more and more. 

- I am willing to go to the top of the mountain  I am grateful to be on this Earth during this lifetime and to get to know my Soul and shine my inner light. I am slowly finding my true purpose and hope bring more love and light to this world. I know I can be a leader.

- I know I am still running away from the parts of myself that I think I don't like or love, but I now know that is why I feel pain in my heart  I will continue to watch this pattern within me. I will continue to take responsibility for my own life, karma, triggers, pain and so on.  And I will laugh about it every now and then!

What I liked the most:

- The Tuesday workshop sessions and joined meditations. They were really special and powerful. I am still so inspired by this topic and the way Stephan took us through the different topics. His patience with us and repeat-repeat-repeat the same message until it starts to land  (and the no-no-no-no-no ). 

- I understand the journey it's not a linear process, but seeing the bigger picture (that I realized more and more at the end of the course) was truly helpful. 

- The shadow-work exercise is truly amazing! Doing that in the Triads was really nice. 

- Stephan's commitment to us, helping us, making space for us and meeting us in person was truly amazing. Thank you! 

What would I do differently:

- For myself: Next time I would take more time for 1 endeavor. I have a tendency to pick up on a lot of things in order to 'feel better' (my escape mechanism). I would just stick with this workshop and follow it through with more attention and commitment - being more patient with myself. 

- For the course: Asking us all the question 'what do you expect' and 'what do you take away' from this course is helpful. Maybe adding the question: 'how do you see yourself using the knowledge you have acquired in your life? Do you think you will want to use your gifts to help others in the future, to co-create a better world?' (for continuation into new leadership).

Più volte alla domanda "Cosa ti sta insegnando questo corso?" Ho avuto difficoltà a rispondere...non è un corso "normale", un corso dove ti viene insegnata una tecnica da usare per te stesso o per gli altri e chiuso il discorso. Secondo me non è un corso che ti insegna qualcosa...è un corso che ti mette in contatto con ciò che sei e per farlo usa le cose più semplici e efficaci e allo stesso tempo difficili che ci siano...il dialogo e l'ascolto, senza giudizio, che vengono dall'esperienza vissuta sulla propria pelle.

Non cambierei nulla, perché ogni cosa bella è bella così com'è e ogni cosa che mi ha dato fastidio mi ha mostrato qualcosa di me che non vedevo o non volevo vedere, quindi alla fine il corso andava benissimo così...sono altresi convinta che la prossima edizione non potrà essere uguale a questa, a meno che Stephan non usi le registrazioni di questo corso perché l'energia del gruppo sarà diversa e quindi il corso stesso, pur mantenendo intatti i contenuti, risulterà diverso per rispondere alle esigenze delle persone che vi parteciperanno, per poterle accompagnare a Vedersi.

Forse...avviserei i partecipanti che le zoom hanno un orario di inizio e non hanno un orario di fine così che ognuno possa riuscire ad organizzarsi fin dall'inizio per rimanere online sempre fino alla fine.

Poi...ho partecipato per la seconda volta.

Pensavo di sapere cosa mi aspettava...mi sbagliavo!

È stata una esperienza diversa...Sono state 12 settimane sulle montagne russe e il giro è solo all'inizio...grazie a tutti per esserci stati e avermi accompagnata e supportata nel cammino verso la conoscenza e l'amore per me stessa, la consapevolezza di chi sono accettando e godendo di tutti i miei pregi e di tutte le mie ombre...la mia energia.

Ich bin zutiefst dankbar dafür, dass meine innere Führung mir den Weg in diesen wunderbaren „Wachstums- und Erfahrungsraum“ gezeigt hat.  

Diese 12wöchige Reise ist etwas ganz besonders Wertvolles!

Ich durfte mehr ins Fühlen kommen, in die Annahme dessen, was ich fühle und damit in die Heilung gehen.

Gleichzeitig habe ich erfahren dürfen, dass ich mit all meinen Licht- und Schattenanteilen, gut und richtig bin.

Ich kann kaum in Worte fassen, wie nährend und schön es war, dass ich mich vertrauensvoll, ohne „meine Masken“, mit all meinen Themen und Verletzungen zeigen durfte und wollte.

Das ließ mich tiefer in mich hinein sinken, ließ mich mehr in mir ankommen.

Dafür möchte ich im Besonderen dir lieber Stephan danken, dir, der du das Herz der ANANDA ACADEMY bist!

Deine Liebe und dein „da sein“ öffnen Herzen und machen Wachstum und Transformation möglich! 

Und genauso wertvoll, sind und waren wir als Gruppe!

Lieber Stephan Pfingsten, ich bin in die Gruppe gekommen mit einer sehr großen inneren Schwere, einer sehr großen Resignation meinem vergangenen Leben gegenüber. Ich habe im Januar um Unterstützung und um Führung gebeten, da ich so nicht weitermachen wollte. So bin ich auf den fünf Tage Online Kurs gestoßen und durch die innere Anbindung an diese Gruppe habe ich wieder neu gelernt mich aus zu richten und mit mehr Bewusstheit mich zu betrachten sowohl innen als auch außen und die Welt das Universum. Das hat mir soooo gut getan und tut es immer noch, dass ich obwohl ich das Geld gar nicht hatte den vollständigen Kurs machen wollte. Du Stephan hast es möglich gemacht, dass ich den Kurs machen durfte. Ich danke Dir aus tiefstem ganzen Herzen dafür. Meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Kurs hier ist so gewaltig, ich habe das Gefühl, ein völlig anderer Horam Manfred geworden zu sein. Ich schaue auf einmal mit einer Freude auf mein Leben, wie ich es lange nicht mehr erlebt habe. Ich habe durch die Prozesse die ich gemacht habe wieder ein volles "Ja" zu meinem Leben. Das genieße ich sehr jeden Tag jeden Morgen an dem ich von neuem erwache. Ich habe es sehr Wert schätzen gelernt die Meditationen zu machen und die Erfahrung machen dürfen, dass mit jedem Wiederholen meine Schwingung ein wenig höher zu spüren. Heute mal mehr und morgen mal wenigen je nach Tagesverlauf aber immer das Gefühl ein wenig mehr. Das ist so toll zu spüren und überhaupt wieder so zu spüren wie ich das im Moment Tue. Mein Herz ist ganz weit offen. Danke, Danke, für die Tiefe Verbindung die ich in den ganzen drei Monaten erfahren durfte zu allen in der Gruppe. Danke für das Zeigen eines jeden. Es hat so viel Resoniert, was mich weitergebracht hat auf meinem Weg. Ich habe gerade das Gefühl, alles meistern zu können mit der Sicht, dass ich viel mehr bin als meine Emotionen, sowohl positiv als auch negativ. Ich habe wieder die Anbindung an das höhere Selbst was ich verloren geglaubt hatte. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass das Leben, bzw. das Universum, Gott, die Quelle der Schöpfung noch etwas vor hat mit mir. Das Gefühl fehlte mir als ich diesen Kurs begonnen habe. Ich öffne mich voll und ganz dafür und bin bereit dem höheren zu Dienen. Danke lieber Stephan, danke allen Geistwesen, danke allen Engeln, danke Quelle der Schöpfung, danke Gruppe und allen im Hintergrund die diesen Kurs möglich gemacht habe. Questo non e' un semplice corso, e' molto di piu' e' un percorso di vita altamente evolutivo, che parte e si serve di cose semplici, tanto semplici ed a cui proprio per questo abbiamo tralascisto nella nostra vita. Parte fondamentalmente dall'esserci e dal sentirsi ed in questo spoglia la mente di processi inutili e superflui per rafforzare il senso di connessione con la propria realta' rispondere, nella connessione. Possibile con il divino, dentro e fuori di noi, ad una delle richieste primarie dell'umano, il bisogno di spiritualita reale. Che ci ricordi ogni giorno chi siamo e ci nutra lungo. Il nostro percorso di svelamento di noi stessi. E' un percorso altamente evolutivo, da cui si esce sicursmente diversi e coscie#nti di quante energie dense ci dobbiamo spogliare integrandole nel. giusto modo. E' un percorso che getta numerosi semi di cambiamento ed evoluzione. Stephan e' una persona estremamente accogliente e competente che con estrema grazia ed umilta' riesce a "contenere" e guidare in modo eccellente in un percorso splendido, ma certamente non facile, rendendolo semplice e concreto passo dopo passo. GRAZIE, mi sento onorata di aver partecipato a questo per"corso".

Io porto via da questo corso.... imparare ad assumermi la mia responsabilità sempre di più e quindi non pensare a quello che fa altro, ma a cosa mi fa stare male del mio iceberg..... osservando come aumenta la mia energia se non la sperdo negli altri.

ho imparato ad assumere una posizione di osservatore dei miei processi interni, vivendoli con pii distanza e quindi avere la possibilità di scelta alla reazione, non più automatiche.

....sentire le mie emozioni, non solo raccontate dalla mente, ma sentire le sensazioni del corpo e ascoltare il mio cuore, senza volerlo cambiare, ma accettando tutto quello che c'è. essere consapevole di aver costruito delle mura, e imparare che la gratitudine mi riconnette al cuore. integrare una pratica di gratitudine giornaliera mi rende più felice e soddisfatta.sentire le energie mie, le energie della terra, le energie del universo, l energie di un gruppo, e connettermi con essi.ho imparato diverse tecniche, che hanno facilitato ad assumere la responsabilità, capire meccanismi di risonanza, e la creazione della mia realtà. ho visto la forza e energia del gruppo di lavoro, come l ascolto di ogni singolo processo, mi specchia e mi insegna qualcosa su di me stessa.osservare quanto sono severa e critica di me stessa, non riconoscendo quasi mai tutto quello che faccio bene ma vedendo sempre i miei sbagli o carenze.mi piacerebbe tanto fare questo corso live, di persona, faccia a faccia. ma so che solo i vantaggi del online.vorrei che questo corso non finisse ancora, ma so che posso sempre andare avanti con il favoloso Stephan.
